The SPC has lifted the slight risk back to the north and west a little to include just a small portion of the Birmingham NWS market for now but that may change as the day progresses.The SPC also has almost all of Alabama in a slight risk on Monday as well, but the main battle ground will be in the northern plains as is the case this time of year.
