Latest GFS Models

Here is the latest GFS image valid for Noon on Thursday. It shows the heavier precip for an area from near Birmingham to the South and West towards Tuscaloosa to the SW. areas south of Montgomery will probably see only a cold rain with a few flakes mixed in. each meteorologist is predicting areas different. The guys in Birmingham are saying a dusting to one inch in the Tennessee Valley area and 1 to 2 inches from Birmingham to Montgomery. The guys in Huntsville are say areas in the Valley could see 1-3 inches. I say areas around Birmingham will see more than Huntsville. But THAT MAY CHANGE. No run has been the same.
