Quick Update

Well the cold air is in place and getting colder. I woke this morning with temps at 33.2° now I am at 32.0°. We have had the first accumulation reports come in from NW Alabama in Cherokee with 1/2" of sleet on the ground. The NWS office In Memphis now has its counties in North Mississippi under a Winter Storm Warning as at least 3/4" of ice is possible. I honestly feel like portions of North Alabama will be placed under some type of Winter Storm Warning later today. Some local meteorologists are saying parts of North Alabama could see up to 1/2" of ICE today and tonight. Stay tuned.
