Here is an update for Thursday. Note the image it shows the CAPE values for 3:00pm Thursday. It is in the 500j/kg range. Remember this is just a forecast output model and it depends on whether or not we get some sunshine during the day, if this happens and the CAPE does go up we could see some storms roll through Alabama as the fronts drags through. Also it does look as if Sunday could be rather stormy as well and with both systems we could see nearly 4" of rain between the 2.
