Winter Storm Knocking On Our Door!!!!!!!!

Well right now there is still no definite answer on where it goes and who gets what.
What we do know is a beast of a Winter Storm is knocking on our door. As you can see below no one really knows what kind of snowfall we can expect. I have put 4 different accumulation maps for you on here from ABC3340, NWS BMX, NWS HUN, and BAMS from Barons Services (via Stephen McCloud). Just look at the different projection from each one. The models keep jumping from further north to further South, this system is being real difficult to figure out, nevertheless This is a significant weather storm and should not be taken lightly. Well as I am typing this NWS Huntsville has just issued a winter storm warning for their coverage area. They are saying we could get a small layer of ice as well as freezing rain is possible Monday afternoon. I am going to stay with my initial accumulation map I posted earlier.

From NWS Huntsville on Winter Storm Warning
...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM SUNDAY TO 6 PM CST
MONDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN HUNTSVILLE HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WARNING FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM SUNDAY TO 6 PM
CST MONDAY. THIS REPLACES THE WINTER STORM WATCH...WHICH IS NO
LONGER IN EFFECT.

* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED: SNOW WILL BEGIN AROUND 6 PM SUNDAY
ACROSS NORTHWEST ALABAMA AND CULLMAN COUNTY...AND QUICKLY SPREAD
OVER THE REST OF THE AREA BY MIDNIGHT. HEAVY SNOW WILL CONTINUE
INTO MONDAY MORNING BEFORE TAPING OFF MONDAY AFTERNOON. THE SNOW

SNOWFALL.

ROADWAYS LIKELY BECOMING SNOW COVERED OVERNIGHT. TRAVEL ON MONDAY
WILL LIKELY BE DIFFICULT AT BEST.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW
ARE FORECAST THAT WILL MAKE TRAVEL DANGEROUS. ONLY TRAVEL IN AN
EMERGENCY. IF YOU MUST TRAVEL...KEEP AN EXTRA FLASHLIGHT...FOOD...AND
WATER IN YOUR VEHICLE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.
