Starting to watch the Tropics

Well with Tornado season slowly winding down (man what a season it has been with 5 EF5s this year) we turn our attention to the tropics. While all is sorta quiet right now there is one area that has caught the attention of the NHC. It is located 150 Miles SW OF Jamaica and is moving westward at 5 MPH. As you can see it is not expected to develop into anything over the next 48 hours although heavy rain may cause some flooding concerns in Jamaica and Haiti.
